If you own or manage rental property you know the challenges of renting. If you have been a renter, you know the challenges of renting. This community has evolved from host who have traveled across the world and share a vision to for a better discovery and booking experience for guests and hosts. The bottom line is that if you are staying a month or more in furnished property you deserve to be able to ask the owner questions and possibly arrange either an in person or virtual showing. You also have a budget and paying 17% of the monthly rent to a booking service makes finding and selecting a home away from home much more stressful than it needs to be.
